Costco Run Today

Today I'm making a big Costco trip! I'm very pleased to say that I have really started to refine my recipe box and am now making more dishes that require only basic ingredients that I would usually have on hand anyway! Some newie louies I found here on Money Saving Mom! So I'm about to finish getting ready and finish making my list for the store. Stacey is coming over to go with me, which is a relief. I thought I was going it alone at Costco mid-day with all the other Mamas! It's pretty crazy at our Costco any day of the week! It calms in the evening....when I don't tend to go out! But I'm braving it nonetheless! I hope to spend this weekend cooking up some dinners (and breakfasts and snacks and lunches....hmm..) to freeze for after the baby comes. That's really something that has been weighing on my mind!

More on that to come later! I have a fairly quiet Saturday afternoon and Sunday planned so that should provide me with some time!

Now I just gotta get rolling on my Christmas gifts! Ohhhhh the task list right now is frightful! (Frightful is a Christmas word don't you think!?)

I think I'll burn some Christmas candles when I get home later! Maybe I'll make breakfast for dinner! ohhhhweee! Sounds good right? I'll make extra waffles and freeze them too!! Yumsters!
